Registration in a Samford After Sundown is quick and easy. Just choose the method most convenient for you!

By Phone

Call 205-726-2739. Metro Programs regular hours are:

Please have all registration information available, including course title and date, your address, home and work phone numbers, and credit card information.

By Mail

Complete the registration form and send it to Samford After Sundown, Samford University, 800 Lakeshore Drive, Birmingham, Alabama 35229. Register only one person per form. Payment should be mailed with the registration form either by check or by including credit card information.

By Fax

Complete the registration form and fax it to 205-726-2191. Register only one person per form. If payment is not included in the registration form by providing credit card information, follow up with payment by phone.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of registration. You will not be officially registered for a course until your payment is received. Early registration is recommended to ensure the best course selections. Please allow ample time for your registration and payment to arrive prior to the beginning of the course. Since courses may fill early, it is strongly recommended to register and pay online by credit card. Make checks and money orders payable to Samford University. Please do not pay instructors for registration fees.

Samford After Sundown accepts: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check, money order and company-sponsored purchase orders.

Registration and Payment Confirmation

Written confirmation of course, title, classroom location, receipt of payment, a parking pass and a map will be provided to you after you register. Students wishing to register just before the beginning of a course should call 205-726-2739 to receive critical information regarding location and parking. Note: Registration and payment are required for attendance. Students who are not registered will not be allowed to remain in the class. If you need special accommodations, please contact Suzanne Montgomery at least three weeks before the beginning of the course.

Cancellation Policy

Samford University reserves the right to limit enrollment or cancel, postpone and change instructors and class information when necessary. Cancellation decisions are generally made two (2) working days before the beginning of a particular course. Samford After Sundown apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. Should your class cancel due to insufficient enrollment, every effort will be made to notify you. You will be given an opportunity to select another course or to receive a full refund.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Change your mind? If you decide not to take a noncredit course for which you have registered, please call 205-726-2739.

• Samford After Sundown will refund your registration fee in full if you cancel your registration at least three full business days before the first class meeting.
• A $20 processing fee will be withheld from your refund if you cancel your registration less than three full business days before the first class meeting.
• NO REFUNDS will be made after the date of the second class meeting.
