Donning a new look, Spike the Bulldog is prepared for an entirely new ball game. It's all about the Southern Conference. As Samford athletes are putting on their brand new SoCon jerseys, Spike is gearing up for a year Samford fans will never forget.

Spike and the cheerleaders have been practicing hard, with new cheers and new stunts in the works. Joining their side this year will be Lady Liberty, a.k.a. "Libby", Samford's newest live bulldog. Don't let Libby's sweet appearance fool you, she's got a tenacity for taking down her opponents one by one.

Join Spike as Samford takes on tougher teams and more forceful opponents. It's a new era, and when fans come together, no one can survive the bite of the bulldog.
