IGHR Housing

Housing details subject to change.

IGHR will be able to offer a limited amount of on-campus housing for the duration of the Insitute. We have been notified by the university that we will be able to use the Beeson Woods student apartment suites in 2013.
  • Each suite contains 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room or common area with a kitchenette.
  • Bedrooms contain: 2 "long twin" beds, 2 desks, 2 chairs, 2 four- or five-drawer chests
  • Living area contains: 1 love seat, 2 upholstered chairs, 1 end table, 1 round table with 4 chairs for dining
  • Each kitchenette contains: full-size refrigerator, small sink, and upper and lower cabinets for storage
  • Residents share laundry facilities (free to use for residents) and a stove/oven located on the lowest floor of each building.

Private Room: $285.00 Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon
Shared Room: $215.00 Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon
  • Housing cost includes meals in the University Cafeteria. Box lunches will be served from a central location on Monday and Tuesday. Other meals on those days will be served in the University Cafeteria as normal.
  • You must provide your own soap and linens: sheets, pillows, towels, and blankets. A linens packet is available for purchase during the week. Please click HERE for more information on the packet as part of our downloadable registration guide.
  • Meal tickets, parking passes and residence hall keys can be picked up on Sunday at registration in the Library.
  • There is no provision made for early check-in or late check-out.
  • There is no provision made for housing on campus either the Saturday night before or Friday night after IGHR.
  • Transportation will be available between the residence halls, the cafeteria, classrooms, and the library.
  • Deadline for changes to on-campus housing is May 30th.

Shuttle service will operate between the campus and the Conference Hotels below. Please note that the Marriott shuttle will run only to the Marriott hotels and the Best Western/Drury shuttle will run only to the Best Western/Drury hotels.
