Ari Wilkins is a genealogist, researcher and writer specializing in African American ancestry.
She has worked at Dallas Public Library for the past two years. Her educational background includes a
BS in Interior Design from Louisiana State University. Ms. Wilkins plans to continue studies toward a
Masters of Library Science Degree. She is a former board member of Dallas Genealogy Society and an active
member of DGS' African American Interest Group. Ms. Wilkins is also a graduate of Samford
University's Institute Genealogical and Historical Research's courses.
