Lecturer: Course 9
Pat Stamm was born and raised in Delaware and now lives in St. Louis, Missouri.
She holds the credentials of Certified Genealogist and Certified Genealogist Lecturer, as well as holding a tested
concentration of Genealogical Instruction.
Like many of us, she has evolved through several professions before choosing professional genealogy as her final career.
Currently, her multi-faceted business includes teaching for St. Louis Community College, Samford's Institute of
Genealogy & Historical Research, and St. Louis Genealogical Society, researching for clients, lecturing locally and
nationally, and writing for NGS Magazine and APG Quarterly.
As an active life member of St. Louis Genealogical Society, she serves on their Board. She is the chair their
Education Committee, the program coordinator for the St. Louis Speaker's Bureau, and the FGS' delegate. She
currently chairs the NGS' Rubincam Youth Award Committee and just completed six years on the Association of
Professional Genealogists' Board.
