Diane L. Giannini, CG, has been a professional genealogist since 2004. The main focus of her business is Colonial Maryland Land Records as well as Northern Virginia Records particularly the migration of routes taken by Virginians to other areas of the country.

Diane is a Board member for the Association of Professional Genealogists. She currently serves as the webmaster for the Mid-Atlantic Germanic Society and maintains her own website as well (www.ancestrysleuths.com). She is past president of the Charles County Maryland Genealogical Society and is an active member of several state and local genealogical societies.

She has written for NGS Newsmagazine and Digital Genealogist as well as articles for her local societies.

Diane regularly lectures on various topics for all levels of genealogists on both a local and national level.
