Pastoral Sustenance Network
Pastoral Sustenance Networks are small groups of pastors and ministers serving congregations in rural areas of the state. Initially designed for Southern Baptist pastors in rural associations of the Alabama Baptist State Convention, some groups now have an interdenominational membership. The groups provide a welcome source for encouragement, peer-support, and continuing education. The Resource Center for Pastoral Excellence provides resources used for training, spiritual growth, and administrative support by these groups of full-time and bivocational pastors.
