Pulitzer Prize-nominated historian Dr. Wayne Flynt and acclaimed singer-songwriter Kate Campbell will team up in January for the Samford After Sundown concert/lecture series, "Window on the South: Southern History Through Literature and Music." Each of the three Monday night performances--January 8, 22, and 29 at 7:30 p.m.--will feature songs and literature focused on a specific theme in southern culture, and the course promises to be a moving and uplifting experience. The events will take place in Brock Recital Hall, Samford’s new state-of-the-art performance facility.
