Investiture Ceremony

All staff members are invited to attend the investiture ceremony. All campus offices, except those providing critical services, will be closed during the ceremony. Employees should check with supervisors.

Employees and their guests attending the ceremony will need a ticket. Please use the response form you received with your invitation to reserve tickets.

Inaugural Ball

Schedule

All campus offices, except those providing critical services, will be closed during the ceremony. There will be no classes until noon on Thursday, November 2.

Parking

To accommodate off-campus guests on November 2, employees and their guests are encouraged to park in appropriate lots on the east and north sides of the campus.

Some lots near the Wright Center will be reserved for off-campus guests.
