All full-time faculty are expected to participate in the procession for the ceremony. Faculty will assemble in Brooks Hall for the procession. Marshals will be available to assist.
Those marching in the process do not need a ticket, but we do need to know how many will march so we can have enough seats for all in the special section reserved for participants in the procession. Please indicate your plans to march on the response card which you received with your invitation.
Faculty who plan to attend the ceremony but not participate in the procession will need a ticket. Please use the response form you received to reserve tickets
If you plan to march and also bring a guest to the Investiture Service, check off one ticket. We will send you a ticket for your guest. Your guest will not be seated in the same section where you will sit.
There will be no classes until noon on Thursday, November 2.
To accommodate off-campus guests on November 2, employees and their guests are encouraged to park in appropriate lots on the east and north sides of the campus.
Some lots near the Wright Center will be reserved for off-campus guests.
