Samford fraternity chapters take great pride in their level of scholastic achievement. The all-fraternity GPA is consistently highter than the non-Greek men's GPA.
Programs: Each group offers study hall hours, tutoring opportunities, and incentives for high GPA's

The Greek system provides a diverse selection of social events ranging from wekly meetings to mixers. These events give members the opportunity to develop lasting friendships.
Events: Formals, mixers with other sororities and fraternities, Homecoming, Greek Week, dinners, retreats, intramurals, etc.
Fraternity membership offers men a variety of positions to sharpen leadership skills. These skills help men to get involved in other leadership positions on campus.
Leadership Involvement: Fraternity officers, SGA, SAC, academic and leadership honor societies and more.

Samford University fraternities support a strong tradition of service to our campus and community. Each year Greek members donate thousands of dollars, and more importantly, thousands of hours to various charities.
Service Examples: Greek-wide Nursing Home Prom, Sports Tournaments to benefit charities, etc.
Fraternities were founded on Christian beliefs and principles. Samford's uniquely Christian atmosphere is a place where Greeks are encouraged to live out their values.
Programs: Group Bible studies, campus-wide worship service, and personal accountability among members
