- Duties:
This position will assist in institutional research activities for the university, as such:

Reporting, analyzing and assessing data
-
Completing numerous surveys
-
Providing university-wide reports requested by internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill all assignments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist in completing a demanding schedule of periodic tasks which include surveys, data requests and analyses for internal and external entities.
- Provide support and analysis for various assessment instruments for the university.
- Extract data from the administrative software systems for internal and external use and reporting.

- Required Qualifications:
-
A Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics or related field OR a minimum of three years experience in a field utilizing skills which lend themselves to institutional research.

Proficient in statistics, statistical models and analysis enabling discovery of problem areas.

Knowledge of standard statistical procedures including data sampling and reduction, correlation analysis, projections, display and reporting methods, and other qualitative and quantitative measures.

Ability to function as part of a team effort to ensure accuracy during the project completion process.

Proficiency with statistical software (SPSS or other statistical package
SQL and/or VBA) as well as Microsoft Office ( Excel and Access). -
Have the ability to multi-task with strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
