Listent to WVSU for the Blake Aaron Radio Show each Tuesday from 5 to 7 pm, starting Dec. 1. The jazz guitarist, composer and producer talks with all your favorites in smooth jazz. Blake and co-host Tina Anderson have a lot of fun as they introduce you to the people behind the music.

Join Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame inductee Bart Grooms each weekday at noon for Tuxedo Junction, an hour of traditional jazz. From ragtime to big band, bebop to swing, join us for a musical journey through America's native art form.

Tuxedo Junction is replayed Monday through Thursday at 10 pm, and Sundays at 5 pm.

WVSU is proud to offer the "New Urban Jazz Lounge," hosted by pianist/producer/DJ Bob Baldwin. Listen Fridays at 5 pm, as Bob will kick off your weekend with two hours of innovative music, blending a variety of musical styles into a melting pot of "New Urban Jazz."

WVSU will follow Friday's original program with a replay, Sundays at 7 pm.

The Samford men and women have a lot of basketball before and after Turkey Day. Listen to the action on WVSU. Monday at 7, the Bulldog men host McNeese State. Then the ladies take the floor at Bartow Arena for the UAB Thanksgiving Classic, with games Friday at 4 pm and Saturday at 1 pm.
