Diplomas for Fall 2011;
Graduation Application for Spring 2012 and beyond |
FALL 2011 DIPLOMAS:
Diplomas for degrees conferred in December 2011 are on order. When they are ready for pickup, an e-mail will be sent. For those recipients who requested they be mailed, the diplomas will be mailed sometime in February 2012 (date approximate).

APPLICATION FOR SPRING 2012 GRADUATION:
Deadline to submit the application for Spring 2012 (May) graduation was October 3, 2011, but applications will be accepted after that date.

APPLICATION FOR SUMMER 2012 GRADUATION:
Deadline to submit the application for Summer 2012 (August) graduation is February 15, 2012 (Wednesday).

Deadline to submit the application for Fall 2012 (December) graduation is April 2, 2012 (Monday).

Planning to take a course at another
college or university over the next term/semester? |
If you're taking a course at another institution in the coming term/semester (but which is not part of the BACHE program), you need to complete a Transient Enrollment Form (aka Letter of Good Standing Request). Be sure to provide course descriptions from the institution you are planning to attend before securing department approval. (Course descriptions must accompany the Transient Enrollment Form when it's submitted to the Office of Student Records.)
Deadline is typically April 15, but will be extended to Monday, April 16 for 2012.

Current students can access catalogs via College Source for FREE, but registration is required. Non-students must either pay for a subscription or can use the 10-day free trial to explore the catalogs available.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Remember to instruct the college or university you are attending to send a transcript to Samford. They will not do so automatically, so you may have to complete a written request. Check with that school for their procedure. Transcripts of summer transient work should be sent to the following address:
