Grade Mailing Information

Grades are available online via Samford’s University Portal at http://portal.samford.edu/. Because grades are so easily and quickly available to you, we no longer mail semester grades to your permanent (home) address unless you ask us to do so by changing your options on the Grade Delivery Options page available through the Portal.

If you need help in accessing your grades online during the hours the system is available, please call the Samford help desk at (205) 726-2662.

If you need an official transcript of your entire academic history at Samford, click here for instructions and the transcript request form (HTML or PDF).

Both official and unofficial transcript requests are available online to current students through the University Portal.
