The Samford “swoosh” Bulldog and is the official logo of Samford athletics and may not be modified in any form without prior approval of the director of athletics or assistant director of athletics for marketing. The typeface for this logo is Optitamil. No other typeface may be used with the bulldog image to replace Optitamil.

The interlocking block SU logo is not to be used to represent Samford University or Samford athletics without the written approval of the executive director for university communications. When the SU logo is used the bulldog logo or official athletics wordmark must also be clearly visible.

The interlocking block SU logo is not to be used to represent Samford University or Samford athletics except on ball caps and only with the bulldog logo or official athletics wordmark clearly visible on the side or back of the cap.
