Q - Why am I getting an Unknown Street Error when I fill out an address?
Errors occurred. Please try again.Unknown Street
A - Please review the information at the top of the address change page to see which fields are required.

Q – Why am I getting a date error when I try to enter a new address?
Errors occurred. Please try again.Valid From This Date / Until This Date combination overlaps existing
address which is effective from 01/27/2006 until (No end date).
A - On each address change entry there are ‘From this Date’ and ‘Until this Date’ fields. If you are trying to enter a new permanent mailing address (for example) and there is already a permanent mailing address listed, you need to go to the current permanent mailing address and set the ‘Until This Date’ to expire the address. Submit that change. Now you can go back and enter a new permanent mailing address with a ‘From This Date’ greater than your old address. The ‘Until This Date’ can be left blank on the new address.
