A Message From Alumni Association President Greg Powell
Dear Samford Alumni:
In these volatile and uncertain times, one thing is clear--relationships matter.
As president of the Samford Alumni Association, I am asking for your help. Throughout this country Samford alumni help each other through networking, opening doors for each other, communicating and getting reacquainted. As a Christian institution, Samford knows the power of relationships. The Samford Experience is alive more than ever. It doesn’t stop once you leave the campus. I am living proof of that experience.
During the Homecoming 2008 festivities I talked with Jay Roberson, Associate Director of Samford Athletics for External Operations, about my goals and vision for Samford University. We are also asking every alumnus to give any amount to Samford University. Through 100% participation and commitment we can take the Samford Experience to another level. We can live the Samford vision that changes the lives of students, faculty, alums, and our country in so many ways. Get involved and bring the Samford Experience into your life.
