Holiday Celebrations To Begin With Dec. 5 Festival of Christmas Music
Samford’s School of the Arts will present its annual Festival of Christmas Music Friday, Dec. 5 at 7:30 p.m. in Leslie Stephen Wright Fine Arts Center.
The evening’s program will include performances by the University Chorale, A Cappella Choir, Bells of Buchanan, University Orchestra and Samford Operaworks.
Musical selections will include The Holly and the Ivy by Jeffers, Christmas Day by Holst, and Amahl and the Night Visitors by Menotti.
Tickets are $12 for adults ($9 over age 55) and $6 for students and children. Samford employees receive one complimentary ticket. To purchase tickets, visit or call the box office at Benjamin F. Harrison Theatre from 1-5 p.m. weekdays.
