So, now that you've been admitted, what's next?

  • Email: User Services will send you a Samford User ID and password. Be sure to keep this information! This isn't only your official Samford email address; it's also your key to accessing financial aid information and registering for Orientation in the spring. If you misplace your User ID and password, call (205) 726-2662 and another copy will be mailed to your home.
  • Visit: Consider making another visit to Samford's campus to help you decide whether this is the place you want to spend your college career. Scheduling a visit is easy; just call (800) 888-7218 at least two weeks in advance of the date you'd like to visit.
  • Facebook: We will send you an email with a link to the official Samford Facebook group for the Class of 2013. Why wait until Orientation to get to know all of the other amazing people admitted to Samford?

May 1: National Candidate Reply Date; In other words, we need to know of your college choice no later than May 1. Samford tries to make this process as stress-free as possible. As long as you confirm your enrollment by May 1, we will guarantee all incoming freshmen housing and a place in the incoming class.
