Please DO NOT apply for your loan
with the lender; doing so will delay the process and prevent
your loan funds from arriving on-time. Instead, please
print the appropriate form listed below and send your completed
FFELP form(s) to our office and we will certify your loan
for the appropriate amount, loan period, and lender of your
choice.
We will then send this certification
to the lender for the approval process. We will notify the
student, via the student's Samford email account, once we
have certified the loan, including any additional steps needed
to complete the loan process (ie, e-signing the MPN).
Loan forms should be completed no later
than July 1 in order for the funds to be ready for the Fall
term.
