My Student Account has a hold.  I can still make my payment on-line.

Below are the steps.

1. Go to www.samford.edu
2. Click on the student tab
3. Log into the portal using your user name and password
4. Under the Quick Links Tab click on the EBill link
5. Log into e-bill using your SUID # (9xxxxxxx) and email password for your PIN
6. Follow the instructions on the screen to process your payment (If prompted to pay your whole balance that includes a future term, keep going.  It will allow you to edit the amount)

Authorized Users:

NOTE:   Holds do not automatically release when payment is made on-line.
